The re-designing of the new Broadway Lights Dance Studio at our new location in the Linwell Plaza in St. Catharines is well underway and will be ready and on-schedule for first-time viewing at our Open House on Saturday, August 11, 2007. We invite you to drop by on August 11th between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to take a tour of our new facility, which covers approximately 14,000 sq.ft. There will be refreshments served throughout the day, dance demonstrations, DVD and videocassette viewing of past shows and competition entries, and staff and dancers to answer any questions you may have. This bright new facility includes: Specialized studio rooms accommodating a variety of dance disciplines... Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Modern, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, and Acro; Separate room for the Tots, currently decorated in a theme of Strawberry Shortcake, along with bright colours; Viewing windows for parents/family/friends to observe their dancers in class; Main lobby with office; Large reception room with television for viewing DVDs and videocassettes; Girls change-room with clothes hooks, benches and chairs; Boys change-room with clothes hooks, benches and chairs; Numerous (separate) boys and girls washrooms throughout; A dedicated area with tables and chairs for homework and study; Small play area for the little ones; Our Hall of Fame “Dance Gallery” where photographs of all our dancers will appear; Plenty of (free) parking! Coats and boots closet at the front entryway; Large banquet facility for birthday parties and other functions (coming late fall/early winter); Kitchen facilities for meals, snacks and drinks (**date to be announced;) Adjacent to restaurants and a coffee shop; We look forward to meeting you and your dancers!
